Youth Discipleship Event - March

Dr. Herman Selderhuis is a Martin Luther, John Calvin, and Puritan scholar who currently serves as a pastor and theology professor at the Theological University of Apeldoorn, Netherlands. He is the Director of Refo500, President of the European Academy of Religion (EuARe), Senior researcher at the Dutch Research School for Theology and Religion (NOSTER), and Editor-in-chief, book series: Reformed Historical Theology (Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht).
Church retreat 2023. Guest speaker: Mark Jones
On September 10, we will be worshiping at Camp Elim on the last day of our Church Retreat at our regular time 10:30 AM. If you did not sign up for the retreat you are still welcome to worship with us that morning! There is free entry into the camp, and meet us at the chapel building on the campgrounds.
Men's Backpacking Trip
CRG Men’s Backpacking Retreat
This is a two-day, one-night backpacking trip in the James Peak Wilderness. We’ll leave Friday, July 28th around noon, and return by the evening of Saturday the 29th.
We’ll be backpacking ~3 miles up to an alpine lake, camping, fishing, and fellowshipping. There will be two teaching/discussion sessions on the topics of “Connecting Our Work to Creation” and “Manly Vulnerability”, led by Addison Cornell and Vance Crow, respectively.

Worship at Bear Creek Lake Park
June 4, 11 & July 23
Lord’s Day Worship at Bear Creek! Free entrance to the park for the whole day when you tell the security at the entrance that you are with our church. Come to worship and stay at the park all day. Bring outdoor activities, food for yourself or to share after service, and a heart prepared to worship. Bring a friend!
Soccer Nights
At this free community-wide event, youth ages 4-12 years old will learn soccer skills, meet new friends, and we’ll end the week with a celebration! All participants who register by May 8 will also receive a free “Soccer Nights” t-shirt!

Church Retreat at Camp Elim

Our Sunday morning worship service will be at Camp Elim that morning, so there will not be a service in Lakewood the morning of September 11.

Join us at Emory Elementary from 6:00 - 9:00 pm from Monday, June 6 to June 9, 2022. You’ll learn soccer skills, meet new friends, and we’ll end the week with a celebration! You can sign up here!
Joint Calvary Family Church Easter Service
This year, we are excited to collaborate with Calvary Littleton and Calvary West Littleton to do a combined Easter Service!
Service will start at 10 am (30 minutes earlier than normal) and will be outside, so bring a blanket or some camping chairs to sit on.
After the service, stay for a potluck and an Easter egg hunt for the children. Please bring a picnic lunch for you and your family and stay to fellowship after the service. There are grills available if you would like to use them, but you will need to provide your own charcoal.

A memorial service for Karen Proctor will be held Saturday, October 30 at 2:00 pm with a reception to follow at Lochwood Christian Fellowship. The service will also be livestreamed on the CRG Facebook page.
